Vanguard University of Southern California
  • Vanguard University is a private Christian Liberal Arts University located in Southern California and is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). 

  • Online classes are taught from a Christian worldview and all child development curriculum is Biblically integrated.

  • Early Childhood Education classes are taught online in convenient 5-week formats with flexible hours.

  • Students may choose to take individual early education classes or to complete the 27-unit Early Childhood Education certificate.

  • Each Early Childhood Education class is 3 semester hours of credit.

  • Fees and Charges:  $20 one-time applicaton fee, $300 tuition per class, and $30 enrollment key fee. (Books not included.) Textbooks cost per class average around $80 to $100.

The Early Childhood Education certificate consist of 27 units. No transfer units accepted. Students who do not wish to pursue the Early Childhood Education Certificate may still take individual classes.  (course descriptions)
