How to Apply
- Click the link below to download, print, and complete the On-Campus Housing application.
- Pay the $300 required housing deposit in the Business Service Office. (Proof of payment will be provided by the Cashier upon payment.)
- Bring completed application and proof of payment to the Residence Life/Housing Office (located on the 1st floor of Laguna Hall).
Important Dates
- March 26: Priority application deadline. (This does not mean applications received after March 26 will not receive consideration.)
- May 1: Graduate students will be informed if they have been placed in a room at Vanguard Centre. (A waiting list will be kept for those not placed in housing by May 1.)
- August 1: Students still on the waiting list by August 1 may receive a refund of their $300 housing deposit until this date. (Students assigned to a space by May 1 may only cancel and request the refund of their deposit until June 1.)
FAQ
- When can I move in? Graduate students may move into campus housing on August 24. If due to the nature of a previous lease agreement you would need to move in prior to August 24, you may pay an additional fee to move in August 1.
- I am married, but my spouse is not a Vanguard student. Can we live in campus housing? Yes, as long as one spouse is enrolled as either an undergraduate or graduate student. The cost is still the same per person, and the student enrolled at Vanguard will be charged for both residents.

- When is the last day to cancel and receive a full refund of my $300 deposit? June 1 for students placed in housing by May 1; August 1 for students on the waiting list.
