VU Website Job Request and Content Management Information
Website Job Requests
Depending on he scope of your request and the number of projects already in the queue, your project will be completed between one and six months from the date received. You will be notified of the anticipated completion date of your request within ten business days of receipt of the job request.
Please submit your website job request by completing a Website Job Request Form.
Website Content Management Support and Content Posting
VU provides website content management support. You may call x2042 for assistance or send an email to webhelp@vanguard.edu. The phone extension is supported M/W/F from 8am – noon and T/R from 1-5pm. You may still have to leave a message during those hours as the support person may be handling another call, but you will receive a response as soon as a member of the website support team is available. Voice mail messages left during the time the phone support line is not staffed will be responded to during the next staffed time period. Emails will be responded to between 8am-5pm, M-F in the order in which the messages are received. We attempt to respond to email inquiries by the next business day.
Website content that is submitted during the business day (M-F, 8am-5pm) is updated by 10am the following business day.
