Music Scholarships
Music Scholarships are available for qualified students who audition and participate in any of our Vanguard University performing ensembles. To be eligible to receive a music scholarship, you must do the following:
1) Complete the Admissions application process with the Admissions Office. Do not go on to step 2 until you have completed step 1.
2) Fill out and submit the Audition Request form. This form must be submitted before an audition time will be scheduled.
3) Audition in person, quality VHS videotape, or quality DVD. Auditioning in person is required for students living within a 200-mile radius of Vanguard University. Please read carefully the Guidelines for Auditions. Many of your questions will be answered in this document. Students are encouraged to contact the Prospective Music Student Coordinator by email or by phone at 714.556.3610 ext 3000 in order to schedule an audition time. See the Audition Schedule for possible dates and times (this schedule is updated regularly).
Incoming students who receive a Music Scholarship will be notified by mail no later than May 2010.
