Face of a Servant

Face of a Servant - Mexico

"For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us." 2 Corinthians 4:6-7

Mexico Outreach offers many opportunities to reach out to our neighbors in Mexico. Some of these opportunities  include: Ensenada Outreach (monthly), Thanksgiving trip, HATB (Hands Across The Border) our annual spring break trip, and Reach Baja. See below for further information.

EnsenadaOutreach: Ensenada Outreach is a monthly trip where students are able to serve local churches and develop meaningful relationships with Mexican pastors, their congregations, and their communities. Learn more!

Thanksgiving Mexico Outreach: Ever wanted to see what Thanksgiving is like south of the border?  Well, here's your chance to find out.  Join Vanguard's team on this unique and meaningful trip. Learn more!

HATB (Hands Across The Border): Students and local churches partner together during spring break in Mexico to share the love of Christ through various ministries. Teams minister through drama, music, orphanage ministry, children's ministry, women's ministry, and evangelism outreaches.  If you love missions or just want to get a taste of it, then come and join us in during spring break! Learn more!

Reach Baja: Reach Baja is an annual trip hosted by Vanguard University and geared toward high school students. It allows hundreds of young people to minister in Mexico. We need your help! Help is needed in various areas of service and leadership: everything from campground crews, counselors, worship leaders, and cooks. If you have a heart for Mexico and for youth, and you don't happen to mind taking a few days off from class, then please join us. Learn more!
