This gift basket has everything you need for a spontaneous celebration.
Includes: a "birthday banner" and misc. favors, bubbles, tablecloth, 4 plates, napkins & forks, and 6 cupcakes. Packaged in a colorful birthday bag tied with ribbons and helium balloons. Delivered to recipient on campus with attached gift card and message from you.
