Jessup's Gem

Amarillo, Texas -  Former Vanguard baseball pitcher Richard Jessup continues to impress as the youngest player on the Amarillo Dillas baseball team.  Jessup tossed a complete game on July 25th, earning Player of the Game honors for the Amarillo Dillas who defeated the Laredo Broncos 6-3 in United League Baseball action.  The former VU Lion, the fourth starting pitcher for the Dillas, improved to 4-2 with the second lowest earned run average on the team.
